These terms govern use of impactthriftshop.com and purchases or service inquiries made through the website. The website is operated by Impact Thrift INC, a for-profit thrift store located at 7525 Auburn Blvd, Suite 8, Citrus Heights, CA 95610.

You agree to use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account, making a purchase, or submitting an inquiry. We may update content, prices, product availability, and these terms. We reserve the right to refuse transactions where permitted by law, including suspected fraud.
Products, prices, and availability
Most merchandise is secondhand and may show normal wear. We aim to describe products accurately, but colors, condition, measurements, and availability may vary. Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes, shipping, and other charges are shown during checkout. An order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if an item is unavailable or a listing contains a material error; in such cases we will contact you regarding a correction or refund.
Payments and fulfillment
Online payments may be processed by third-party providers subject to their terms and privacy policies. Fulfillment, shipping, pickup, and delivery options depend on the specific item and checkout selections. Contact us promptly about order concerns. Returns and refunds

Donations and receipts
Impact Thrift INC is not a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We accept approved goods at our discretion and do not issue charitable tax-deduction receipts for donations to the store. Please review our donation guidelines before dropping off items. Donation pickup is subject to approval, availability, and any disclosed service fees.
Estate cleanouts and other services
Cleanout services require a separate scope, quote, and agreement. Published starting prices are informational and not a binding offer. Disposal charges, labor, access conditions, and other factors may affect the final estimate. See estate cleanout pricing for general information.
Community giving
Impact Thrift supports nonprofit community organizations but is itself a for-profit business. Our stated commitment is to donate 10% of online sales to Women’s Empowerment. We also support community partners through clothing donations when feasible. For current details, see Our Mission.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes data practices and California privacy rights. Use of the website does not waive privacy rights provided by law.
