These are starting rates for paid cleanout services. A small curbside job starts at $149; larger loads, additional labor, and disposal costs are quoted separately. We confirm your total estimate and availability before scheduling.

Disposal and dump fees: quoted according to the items, weight, and facility charges; not automatically included in starting prices.
How we calculate your quote
Labor: crew size, hours required, packing, sorting, and loading.
Hauling and disposal: amount and weight of material, vehicle capacity, distance, transfer-station charges, and any special handling.
Access: stairs, elevators, parking distance, tight spaces, and site conditions.
Reusable items: we may consider the fair-market resale value of clean, sellable goods when preparing a quote. Any credit or offset is discretionary and must be agreed upon in writing. We do not guarantee that items will offset service charges.
Donation pickup vs. paid cleanout
Donating clean, sellable goods is different from hiring us to haul away unwanted items. Donation pickups are reviewed separately and may have a transportation fee. Paid cleanouts include labor and hauling, with disposal charges where applicable.
What we can and cannot handle
We can discuss furniture, clothing, household goods, collectibles, and other usable items. Due to limited storage, all furniture and large loads require advance approval.
We do not accept hazardous waste, weapons, unsafe or contaminated items, or materials requiring specialized licensed removal. Please disclose heavy, damaged, or potentially hazardous items before receiving a quote.
