Items We Cannot Accept:

• Items with missing parts or structural damage
• Items with severe rips, stains, soiling, cigarette smoke, pet odor, pet hair, or pet damage
• Items posing safety or sanitary concerns
• Built-in appliances
• Metal filing cabinets or desks
• Lighting requiring direct connection
• Paint or other hazardous materials
• Carpeting or remnants
• Exercise equipment
• Items designed for children
• Firearms or any kind of weapon
• Encyclopedias or large reference books
• Mattresses or box springs (unless new in wrapping and approved by management)
• Non-flat screen TVs, tube TVs, computers, monitors, keyboards, CPUs, office copiers
• Items exposed to the elements or posing safety/sanitary concerns
• Due to space limitations: plastic ware, toys, stuffed animals, medical equipment, old TV armoires (only storage armoires accepted, not for TVs)
• Items that require stairs for pick-up

All donations are inspected on-site and may be declined if they do not meet our standards.

(ALL DONATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE DISCRETION OF THE TRANSPORTATION TEAM) If the driver arrives and finds the items are not in acceptable or sellable condition, you may be charged a $25 transportation fee. Please ensure your items are in good condition and comply with the criteria listed above before scheduling a pick-up.
