Donation Pickup Now Available – Starting at $39.99

Due to high demand and limited space, we no longer offer free pickups. A pickup fee starting at $39.99 helps us cover transportation and labor costs, ensuring we can continue accepting quality items and supporting our mission effectively.

Please note: We are currently not accepting large furniture.

Items We Cannot Accept:

• Items with missing parts or structural damage

• Items with rips, stains, soiling, smoke, pet odor, pet hair, or pet damage

• Items posing safety or sanitary concerns

• Built-in appliances, metal filing cabinets/desks

• Lighting requiring direct wiring

• Paint or hazardous materials

• Carpeting or carpet remnants

• Exercise equipment

• Firearms or weapons of any kind

• Mattresses or box springs (unless new in factory wrapping and pre-approved by management)

• Items exposed to the elements

• Plasticware, medical equipment, or old TV armoires (only storage armoires are accepted)

• Items requiring stairs for pickup

Important Notes About Pickup Requests:

All donations are inspected on-site by our team. If items do not meet our standards, the pickup may be declined.
If our driver arrives and finds the items are unsellable or unacceptable, a $25 transportation fee may be charged.
